Financial Investigator
Mr. Wilkalis has extensive training and experience in detecting fraudulent activities, auditing internal controls, investigative accounting analysis, identifying financial misrepresentation, performing financial analysis and writing audit reports. Prior to joining Lightstone Solutions in November 2006, Mr. Wilkalis worked for the Environmental Protection Agency – Office of Inspector General for Audits in San Francisco, CA for seven years. His responsibilities included auditing EPA Financial Statements and monitoring EPA Contactors throughout the U.S. to ensure compliance with EPA regulations and standards. He also recommended corrective action to the EPA on various environmental issues in reports that were made to Congress for EPA Contractor Laboratory Programs, Air and Water Programs. He also assisted the EPA Office of Investigations on criminal investigations.
Mr. Wilkalis has extensive Professional Employer Organization experience in the State of Arizona. He was a Senior Accountant in the Treasury Management Division for a PEO firm for six years. He has extensive knowledge in building and maintaining client relationships for the industry. Mr. Wilkalis has also worked for Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco establishing the Employee Stock Purchase Plan for Wells Fargo Bank and its subsidiaries.
